            AMIRUL ASYRAF Bin Ahmad Nawir, graduated from MARA University of Technology (UiTM) with a Master Degree in Urban Development and Management in 2017 and Bachelor Degree in Architecture in 2010. Those degrees was accredited by Board of Architect Malaysia (LAM), Royal Institute of British Architect (RIBA) and Board of Town Planner Malaysia (LPBM). In 2012 and 2013 in order to pursue his interest in property development and project management, he also had completed an intensive courses under Malaysia Science University (USM) and MAKA Corporation Sdn Bhd under his own initiative and cost.

            Amirul Asyraf began his career in 2010 with established architectural firms Intan Jasmine Architect led by Ar Intan Jasmine Binti Tan Sri Ismail and later with GSD Architect led by Ar Leong Yew Kooi where he is involved with numerous awards winning designs and projects. In 2012 he expand his interest in project management by joining TCS Group who led by successful businessman Dato' Ir Tee Chai Seng. During his service with TCS Group, he managed several residential and commercial projects with estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM150 million. In 2014 he being offered to expand his career and expertise in multinational company, Sunway Property under the leadership of prolific business tycoon Tan Sri Dr Jeffrey Cheah until present. He is now serving in project management department managing several Sunway Property portfolios with estimated GDV of RM900 million. 

            Although with a tight schedule, he also actively involved as part time volunteer with Malaysian Relief Agency (MRA), elected as honorary treasurer for Surau Al-Najihin (Parcel 15-12B Putrajaya) and served as head of planning and development and deputy secretary for Tabung Kebajikan Keluarga Haji Jantan.

        b) Sunway Alam Suria, U10 Shah Alam, Selangor. (100 acres) - 8 units of 2 storey semi detached (completed), 144 units of 2 storey cluster house (completed) & 1 unit community centre (completed).

       c) Sunway Kayangan, U9 Shah Alam, Selangor - 117 units of 7 storey medium cost apartment (planning), 117 units of 7 storey low medium cost apartment (planning), 1 unit community centre (completed).
